Before departure

ANKUB One is an RNP 1 departure for non-jet aircraft. Keep indicated airspeed at or below 250 kt below 10,000 ft, and at or below 270 kt until NB524. Both limits apply where they overlap. There are trees in the departure areas and man-made obstacles in the runway 34R departure area. During parallel runway operations, do not turn towards the other runway.

Initial runway instructions

Fly the initial track below. At the specified altitude, turn onto the assigned heading or track, then expect radar vectors to ANKUB.

From ANKUB to NB524

This sequence is common to both transitions. Distances are for each leg. The required climb gradient from IKORO to NB523 is 4.9%. Maintain the 270 kt limit until NB524, including through this sequence.

KADOM transition

From NB524, turn right onto track 341° to NB540, a 10 NM leg. At NB540, turn left onto track 269° to KADOM, a further 10 NM.

Sector altitudes and chart conventions

The 25 NM minimum sector altitude is 2,700 ft, centred on the YSSY aerodrome reference point. The 10 NM minimum sector altitude is 2,100 ft. Bearings are magnetic, with 13° east variation. Altitudes are feet above mean sea level unless a flight level is stated. These route diagrams are not to scale.
