LEECE One Victor is an RNP 1, day-only arrival for jet aircraft using runway 35. Maximum IAS is 250 kt below 10,000 ft. Its final legs are visual; this is not the instrument continuation used by the Alpha, Whiskey or Yankee branches.
Arrival sequence
- From LEECE, track 214° to AKLIM, crossing at or above 9,000 ft.
- Continue 214° to EKASA, crossing at or above 7,000 ft.
- Continue 214° to SLICK, crossing at or above 6,000 ft.
- Turn right onto 258° to PILOS, crossing at or above 5,100 ft.
- Turn left onto 257°, tracking visually to MOMBI.
- Turn right to intercept visual final for runway 35. The diagram labels the visual final track 348°.
Leg distances and altitude labels
The small leg-altitude labels are separate from the crossing restrictions above.
Communication failure in instrument conditions
Set transponder code 7600. Comply with the vertical-navigation requirements, without descending below MSA. Follow the latest STAR clearance to the nominated runway, then fly the most suitable approach.
Frequencies
Sector altitudes and chart conventions
The 10 NM MSA is 5,100 ft. The 25 NM diagram is referenced to the YSCB aerodrome reference point: the northern/eastern sector bounded by chart bearings B-125° and B-250° is 4,600 ft, the southern sector between B-250° and B-075° is 7,500 ft, and the western sector between B-075° and B-125° is 5,900 ft. These are the bearing labels on the ARP diagram, not CB VOR radial labels.
Tracks are magnetic, elevations are feet AMSL, and distances in parentheses are NM. The diagram shows 12° E magnetic variation and is not to scale.
The diagram marks 222° at LEECE. Published change note: waypoint RAZZI renamed LEECE; procedure name; validity indicator.
