This RNP 1 area-navigation departure is for jets from runways 16, 27 or 34. Maximum indicated airspeed is 250 kt below 10,000 ft. The source warns of trees in the runway 34 departure area.

Runway 16

The initial published climb gradient is 3.3%. Required gradients are 8.5% to OLSUN and 7.4% to LILMI.
  1. Track 160° for 2 NM to HORSH, a fly-over waypoint.
  2. Turn right and fly direct to OLSUN (a 7 NM leg). Cross OLSUN at or above 5,000 ft.
  3. Turn right, track 284° for 5 NM to LILMI. Cross LILMI at or above 7,000 ft.
  4. Continue on track 284° for 71 NM to PEDNI, then continue as cleared.

Runway 27

The published climb gradient is 3.3%.
  1. Track 263° for 8 NM to ATNOL.
  2. Turn right, track 280° for 72 NM to PEDNI, then continue as cleared.

Runway 34

The published climb gradient is 3.5% to 1,200 ft, then 3.3%.
  1. Track 340° for 6 NM to AVMEL.
  2. Turn left, track 275° for 77 NM to PEDNI, then continue as cleared.

Sector altitudes and chart conventions

The 10 NM minimum sector altitude (MSA) is 3,300 ft. The 25 NM MSA, centred on the YMML aerodrome reference point (ARP), is 4,500 ft in the northern sector and 3,700 ft in the southern sector. The sector boundaries are labelled B-080° on the west side and B-260° on the east side; these are bearing labels, not VOR radials. Tracks are magnetic; altitudes are feet above mean sea level (AMSL), and leg distances are nautical miles (NM). The diagram uses 12° east magnetic variation and is not to scale. Direct means fly to the named waypoint without a published magnetic track for that leg.
