Application library compatibility
The current @ai-billing/narev client interface still requires an apiKey option. That library interface does not mean the public REST API requires authentication. Use direct REST requests for keyless access. For middleware, use provider-reported costs or a verified static price map as described in the AI-billing quickstart. Last modified on October 29, 2026
