What the API calculates

Prices describe the provider’s catalog rates. Cost calculation prices supplied usage; it does not run inference or charge your customers. Your actual invoice can differ because of negotiated rates, credits, or other charges. A missing price or pricing: null does not mean the model is free. Inspect the returned message before comparing prices or estimating cost.
