This is an RNP approach with LNAV minima for categories A and B. The minima panel marks categories C and D not applicable. Use QNH. Aerodrome elevation is 1,887 ft and runway 30 threshold elevation is 1,884 ft.
Initial approach
Cross the assigned initial fix at or above 7,500 ft, then fly to CB2EI, the intermediate fix:
Each initial fix is 18 NM along the procedure before CB2EM, the missed-approach point. From CB2EI, track 297° for 5 NM to CB2EF, the final approach fix, then continue 297° for 6 NM to CB2EM.
Final profile and distance references
The descent-path reference is 3.7°. It does not coincide with the runway PAPI glide-slope indication. Keep the published path and altitude limits together instead of treating the PAPI as confirmation of this path.
The threshold lies 0.3 NM beyond CB2EM on the inbound path. The plan view also marks 1 NM, 2.5 NM and 3.5 NM before CB2EM.
These are the chart’s path-altitude checks:
Before CB2EF, the distance reference changes:
The profile additionally labels 3,040 ft at 2.5 NM and 3,430 ft at 3.5 NM before CB2EM. Path altitudes are separate from the lower step-down limits.
Missed approach
At CB2EM, turn left and track direct to CB2EH, then track 140° and climb to 7,500 ft. Maximum IAS during the missed-approach turn is 150 kt. The diagram labels the direct leg to CB2EH 189° / 5.7 NM. CB2EH is the missed-approach holding fix.
Holding at CB2EB
Inbound 297°, left turns, one-minute legs, minimum 7,500 ft. No DME limit is printed. Entry-sector labels are 117°, 187° and 007°.
Minima
The LNAV height 893 ft is the value printed in the chart; it uses the aerodrome elevation rather than the 1,884 ft threshold elevation. Alternate height–visibility for A/B is 1,963 ft–4.4 km. No circling beyond 4 NM west of runway 17/35.
Frequencies
Sector altitudes and chart conventions
The 10 NM MSA is 5,100 ft. The 25 NM diagram is referenced to the YSCB aerodrome reference point: the northern/eastern sector bounded by chart bearings B-125° and B-250° is 4,600 ft, the southern sector between B-250° and B-075° is 7,500 ft, and the western sector between B-075° and B-125° is 5,900 ft. These are the bearing labels on the ARP diagram, not CB VOR radial labels.
Tracks are magnetic, elevations are feet AMSL, and distances in parentheses are NM. The map shows 12° east magnetic variation and a 1:500,000 scale with a 0–5 NM bar.
The map labels R450B 3,500–4,500 ft and R450C 4,500–8,000 ft west of the airport. These vertical limits do not establish current activation. The source colour note refers to specification notices; the numerical approach requirements are given above.
Terrain labels
The source labels spot elevations of 2,944; 2,839; 2,880; 3,311; 2,241; 2,289; 2,425; 2,506; 3,020; 2,226; 2,667; 2,810; 2,604; 2,641; 3,245; 3,543; 3,344; and 3,671 ft. Their geographic positions and obstacle symbols have not yet been fully transcribed into this text.
