Start Varne v0

These commands follow the v0 Docker setup. Varne v1 is in development; keep v0 images and configuration together. You need Docker and Python with the cryptography package installed. Generate an encryption key:

Replace YOUR_GENERATED_KEY below with the output, then start the container with persistent local storage:

docker run -d \
  --name varne \
  -p 8000:8000 \
  -v "$(pwd)/data:/app/data" \
  -e ENCRYPTION_KEY="YOUR_GENERATED_KEY" \
  -e ENVIRONMENT="production" \
  -e DEBUG="false" \
  ghcr.io/narevai/varne:0.5.0

The container exposes port 8000 and stores data in your local data directory. Follow the deployment guide for configuration, then connect a provider to bring in billing data.
